General Return Philosophy

At Nueagain.co.uk, I take pride in being transparent and honest with every listing. As a private seller—not a commercial retailer—I do not operate under standard business consumer return policies.

All items are offered in “as-is” condition. Most items are pre-owned or refurbished; cosmetic blemishes are part of their character and are clearly reflected in the photos and descriptions.

  • No "change-of-mind" or no-questions-asked refunds.
  • Not subject to Distance Selling Regulations or VAT registration.

Exceptions — When Returns May Be Accepted

I believe in treating others with fairness. Returns are considered in the following rare situations:

Significantly Not as Described

The item arrives substantially different from the listing description.

Damage in Transit

Reported within 48 hours with photographic proof of packaging and item damage.

Listing Error

A key detail was misrepresented that directly affects usability or value.

The Return Process

  1. Contact: Reach out via our Support Desk within 48 hours.
  2. Documentation: Provide a clear explanation and high-resolution photos.
  3. Shipping: If approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping in original condition.
  4. Inspection: Refunds are processed only after a successful inspection of the returned goods.

Fraud Prevention

To protect the integrity of our inventory, the serial numbers of all eligible items are recorded at dispatch. Certain products may also be discreetly security marked.

These measures protect both Nueagain.co.uk and our honest customers from fraudulent returns or "part-swapping" attempts.

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands

Standard delivery to certain remote areas within the Scottish Highlands is currently restricted. We accommodate these orders on a case-by-case basis.
