Nueagain.co.uk is run by a private hobbyist. When you buy here, you're purchasing from a one-person operation, not a retailer. Orders are securely paid via Stripe, personally packaged, and dispatched promptly. By using this site, you agree to these Terms and understand you're supporting a small, individual project.
1 About This Website
Nueagain.co.uk is not a registered business or commercial enterprise. It is an independent, privately managed site created as a personal side project. Items reflect personal use, surplus belongings, or individually restored second-hand goods.
- This is not a business-to-consumer retail transaction.
- You are purchasing from a private hobbyist, not a professional seller.
- Consumer protections that apply to retailers may not apply in the same way to private sales.
- Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or override any rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.
2 Item Descriptions & Condition
I make every effort to provide accurate, honest descriptions. Most items are pre-owned or refurbished and may show signs of use which I disclose to the best of my ability.
Product Condition
New: May not always come in original packaging; may have been opened for testing.
Refurbished: Carefully cleaned, tested, and restored to safe working order.
For Parts / Display: Fully or partially non-operational; suited for repair or collection.
3 Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before items are dispatched.
- Payments are accepted via Stripe.
- All payments are processed in GBP (£) and may appear on your statement as "Nueagain". This is an administrative name and does not affect your purchase.
- Payment Security: Processed securely via Stripe complying with PCI-DSS protocols.
4 Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days via Royal Mail or reputable UK couriers. Reused packaging is used where possible.
- I cannot accept liability for lost or delayed parcels once handed to the courier, but I will assist in resolving issues.
5 Intellectual Property
All written content, listings, photographs, and designs are the intellectual property of Nueagain.co.uk. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
6 Limitations & Liabilities
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I do not accept liability for loss resulting from delays, miscommunications, or perceived item defects. You acknowledge the inherent limitations of buying from a private seller.
7 Right to Refuse
I reserve the right to decline orders, cancel transactions raising suspicion of fraud, or refuse service in cases of inappropriate or disrespectful communication.
8 Jurisdiction & Disputes
These Terms are governed by UK law. Disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
9 Forums & Community Use (/forums)
9.1 Nature of the Forum
Operated as part of a personal hobby project. Not a professional support service. Content reflects personal opinions; no post should be considered professional or safety advice.
9.2 User Accounts & Responsibility
You are responsible for all content posted under your account. I reserve the right to remove accounts that breach these terms.
9.3 Acceptable Use
No content that is abusive, sexually explicit, unlawful, misleading, or contains spam/advertising.
9.4 Moderation & Content Removal
I reserve the absolute right to edit, hide, move, or delete posts. Moderation decisions are final.

You grant Nueagain.co.uk a licence to store and display your content. Posts may remain visible after account closure.

9.7 Separation from Sales Activity
Forum participation is separate from purchases. Advice on the forum does not modify listing descriptions or sales terms.
